poor service


march 4, 2018, around 8:15pm my cousin bought 4 burger steak with drinks, 1 burger steak with coke float, 2 coke float, 1 sundae but they arrived in our house with 5 burger steak, 4 coke, only 2 float and NO SUNDAE but it has sundae spoon,and NO RECEIPT. my cousin asked where is the receipt ,the crew said it's inside the bag. I look inside the bag but i don't see any receipt.They don't served the sundae and yet they don' t replace the float that spilled by the crew. Customer service was poor!!
